Life as a composition.
From theatre and piano to international IT and data architecture.

Not a break, but an evolution
My path is not a conventional résumé but a deliberate evolution. In theatre and music I learned that true brilliance never arises from the ego of an individual, but from the harmonious interplay of many voices. As a pianist and composer, listening closely, analysing complex structures and steering subtle dynamics became second nature. These abilities — understanding people, inspiring teams and grasping complex systems as an organic whole — are today my most important tool for shaping lasting success in the business and digital world. My transformation was not a break, but the logical unfolding of what drives me: connecting people and making systems resonate.
Foundation and expertise
My work rests on a solid foundation where artistic depth and analytical precision meet. I have learned how to learn — so I can deliver excellent results even in unfamiliar domains. This methodical discipline and curiosity are the result of many years of training:
Artistic foundation
My studies as a graduate pianist and music educator at the University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig shaped my sense of structure and expression.
Analytical precision
My specialisation in Data Warehousing for Business Intelligence at the University of Colorado combines this understanding with the technical depth to navigate data-driven projects with confidence.
Holistic guidance
With my coaching training at the Coaching Akademie Berlin I close the circle — not only optimising systems, but also nurturing the people who shape them.
This combination of deeply rooted expertise and many years of training is my guarantee for consulting that is technologically sound and, at the same time, genuinely human.
